AGM Statement
Warpaint London plc (AIM: W7L), the specialist supplier of colour cosmetics and owner of the W7 and Technic brands, announces that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held today, Clive Garston, Chairman of the Company, will make the following statement:
"I am pleased to report that the outlook for the Company remains in line with that reported at the time of the release of our annual results for the year ended 31 December 2018 on 10 April 2019.
"Whilst trading conditions remain challenging in the UK, we continue to see encouraging international sales growth, in particular in the EU and the US.
"The Group has a sound financial footing and we are actively implementing our strategy for growth. We look forward to the remainder of the year with cautious optimism."

Warpaint London is a colour cosmetics business, based in Iver, Buckinghamshire. It is made up of two divisions: own brand and close-out. The larger own brand division primarily consists of the Group's flagship brand, W7, together with the Technic, Body Collection and Man'stuff brands acquired through the acquisition of Retra Holdings in 2017.
