In conformity with rule 5.6.1R of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules ("DTRs"), The Vitec Group plc ("Vitec") is required to notify the market of the following:
As at 30 June 2015, Vitec's issued capital was 44,342,267 ordinary shares of 20 pence each, each share carrying one vote.
The above figure of 44,342,267 may be used by shareholders to determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in Vitec under the DTRs.
