Notification of Transactions of Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMRs)
Restricted Share Award
The Vitec Group plc ("the Company") announces that on 7 May 2020 the following restricted share awards over ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the Company were made under a Restricted Share Plan to the following PDMRs:
Nicol Verheem
In exchange for waiving his salary from 1 April 2020 to 31 December 2020, Nicol Verheem received a restricted share award over 22,166 ordinary shares in the Company. The restricted shares will vest to him on 31 December 2020.
The following PDMRs, in part exchange for a material salary sacrifice from April to June 2020, have received the following restricted share award that will vest on 1 July 2020:
Alan Hollis
Restricted share award over 1,051 ordinary shares in the Company.
Marco Pezzana
Restricted share award over 1,075 ordinary shares in the Company.
Jon Bolton
Restricted share award over 685 ordinary shares in the Company.
The above awards are not subject to any performance conditions and were calculated on a share price of £6.46.
Neither Stephen Bird nor Martin Green are eligible to participate in this award.
