Sale of shares by Martin Green
The Vitec Group plc ("the Company") announces that Martin Green, Group Finance Director, has sold 40,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 13 August 2021 at a price of £15.50 per share.
The sale is for personal reasons including the re-development of a property. Martin Green now holds 74,411 ordinary shares in the Company, of which 10,739 shares have been purchased in the market using funds supplied by Martin Green and are held by Apex Fund Services, the Trustee used to hold shares in respect of awards made under The Vitec Group 2014 Deferred Bonus Plan.
The resultant shareholding in the Company equates to a holding representing over three times salary based upon the sale price of £15.50 and Martin Green's base salary of £355,000.
