Sale of shares by Martin Green
The Vitec Group plc ("the Company") announces that Martin Green, Group Business Development Director, has sold 2,400 ordinary shares in the Company on 15 March 2018 at a price of £12.45 per share.
The sale is for personal reasons. Martin Green now holds 33,003 ordinary shares in the Company, of which 8,466 are held via the Employee Trust in the Deferred Bonus Plan.
The resultant shareholding in the Company equates to a holding representing 154% of his salary based upon the sale price of £12.45 and Martin Green's salary of £266,500.
