New Directorship Held in Another Publicly Quoted Company
In accordance with LR 9.6.14(2), The Vitec Group plc has been informed that Mark Rollins, an independent non-executive director, has been appointed a non-executive director and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee of Carclo plc with effect from 1 January 2018.
