The Vitec Group plc ("Vitec" or the "Company")
Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a listing of 72,933 Ordinary Shares of 20 pence each to be admitted to the Official List (the "Shares"). These shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company and it is expected that trading in the shares will become effective on 28 March 2014.
The shares are to be issued as Earnout Consideration Shares due pursuant to the SPA relating to the acquisition by Vitec of Teradek announced on 29 August 2013.
Following the issue, Vitec will have 44,153,258 Ordinary shares in issue.
