The share of the Russian Government represented by the Federal Agency for State Property Management in the JSC VTB Bank share capital decreased from 85.4978% to 75.4978%, as of February 17, 2011.

The share of The Bank of New York International Nominees in the JSC VTB Bank share capital increased from 8.7626% to 17.2615%, as of February 17, 2011.
