APPOINTMENT OF MARK COLLIS

On 5 January 2023, Vesuvius plc announced that Mr Mark Collis would be appointed as an Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of Vesuvius plc, joining Vesuvius no later than 4 July 2023. We are now pleased to confirm that Mark Collis will join the Company on 1 April 2023.
