NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE IN DIRECTORSHIPS

Vesuvius plc announces that Nelda Connors, a non-executive Director, has been appointed an independent non-executive director of Echo Global Logistics, a US company listed on NASDAQ with effect from 12 April, 2013.
