Net Asset Value
The Company is pleased to provide its monthly net asset value per share ("NAV") update.
As at 28 February 2021, the unaudited estimated NAV (Cum Income) per Ordinary Share (ISIN GB00BVG6X439) was 104.49 pence.
This NAV has been calculated by Northern Trust Hedge Fund Services LLC.
Performance
The Company also announces the cumulative NAV total return performance as at 28 February 2021 as follows:

Monthly Investment Highlights and Factsheet
During the month of February 2021:
v Total NAV return generated for the month was 1.89%, comprised of gross revenue returns of 0.83% and gross capital returns of 1.89%. These returns were offset by expenses and fees of -0.58% and other capital returns of -0.25%;
v The gross revenue returns were lower due to the shorter day count convention but otherwise would be consistent with previous months; and
v The capital returns were driven primarily by unrealised gains on the Company's privately held equity investments in several portfolio companies.
