Change to Directors' Responsibilities

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11, VPC Specialty Lending Investments Plc (the "Company") announces that Clive Peggram has stepped down as the Chair, and as a member, of the Management Engagement Committee ("MEC").

Elizabeth Passey, who is currently Chair of the Disclosure Committee, has been appointed Chair of the MEC in Mr Peggram's place and, in turn, Mr Peggram will take over as Chair of the Disclosure Committee from Ms Passey.

The Company confirms that all changes are with immediate effect.
