Board Update

In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.6R the Board of VPC Specialty Lending Investments plc (the "Company") announces that, with effect from 6 August 2025, Nick Campsie will assume the role of chairman of the Company from Graeme Proudfoot who will retire from the Board with effect from the conclusion of the next AGM of the Company, expected to be held in June 2026. Nick joined the board in June 2024 and has been Chair of the Management Engagement Committee ("MEC") since 24 September 2024.

Graeme Proudfoot, chairman, commented: "Nick's expertise in the realisation of illiquid assets has been of great value to the Company since he joined the Board last year and makes him the ideal choice to take us through the final phases of the Company's managed wind-down."

Nick Campsie commented: "I want to thank Graeme for his invaluable leadership since he became Chairman in December 2020. With my fellow Directors, I look forward to completing the managed wind-down."
