Director Resignation -Simon Retter

Vox Valor Capital ("Vox" or the "Company") (LSE:VOX) announces that Simon Retter has resigned from his position as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 31 August 2023 in order to focus on his role as CFO and executive board director of Horizonte Minerals (AIM/TSX: HZM). 

The Board would like to thank Simon for his contribution over the years, which has been instrumental in setting up Vox as a publicly listed company to expand on its buy and build strategy in the ad tech/marketing tech and digital content (mobile apps and games) sector. The Board and Company wish Simon all the best in his future endeavours. 

The Company is in the process of identifying additional directors to join the board and will make further announcements in due course.
