Victoria Oil & Gas PLC23 March 2005 23 March 2005 Victoria Oil & Gas Plc Victoria Oil & Gas Plc ("the Company") announces that following an allotment ofOrdinary Shares, it has allotted 271,032 Ordinary Shares of 0.5p each in theCompany. The Ordinary Shares have been allotted to employees who had requestedOrdinary Shares in the Company (in lieu of cash salary) as part of the employeeshare compensation programme for the period ended 31 January 2005. These sharesrank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued Ordinary Shares in theCompany. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for these sharesto be quoted on AIM and it is expected that dealings will commence on Wednesday30 March 2005.
