Victoria Oil & Gas PLC09 February 2006 9 February 2006 Victoria Oil & Gas Plc Victoria Oil & Gas Plc ("the Company") announces that it has allotted a further2,890,173 Ordinary Shares of 0.5p each in the Company. The Ordinary Shares havebeen allotted as vendor consideration at the fourth and final completion stagein accordance with the terms of the Share Purchase Agreement relating to theacquisition of the Kemerkol oil field in the Atyrau Oblast in the Republic ofKazakhstan. These shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued OrdinaryShares in the Company. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchangefor these shares to be quoted on AIM and it is expected that dealings willcommence on 10 February 2006. Following this allotment the Company will have atotal of 110,268,100 shares in issue.
