Director Appointment
The Board of VOF is pleased to announce that Charlotta Ginman has been appointed as a non-executive Director and a member of the Board's committees, with effect from 2 January 2025.
Charlotta Ginman is a Chartered Accountant and an experienced Non-Executive Director. She has held investment banking roles with UBS, Deutsche Bank and JP Morgan, moving onto senior finance roles with Nokia and Vertu. After a successful executive career, she made a transition to Non-Executive Director roles with a broad range of international companies from technology and telecoms to healthcare and financial services. Her previous appointments in the last five years include Consort Medical PLC, Pacific Assets Trust PLC, Polar Capital Technology Trust PLC and Keywords Studios PLC.
Ms Ginman is currently a Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee Chair of Gamma Communications PLC, Senior Independent Director ("SID") of Unicorn AIM VCT plc, SID and Audit Committee Chair of BOKU INC and Non-Executive Director of JPMorgan Indian Investment Trust PLC.
As at the date of this announcement Charlotta (or any person that may be deemed a person closely associated to her), has no beneficial interest in the shares of the Company.
