Share buyback programme update

Vietnam Infrastructure Limited ('VNI', the 'Company') today announces that the Company is about to enter a two month close period ahead of the notification of its fiscal year end results for the year ended 30 June 2014.

Pursuant to the share buyback authority granted to the Company's Board of Directors on 27 July 2012, the Company has appointed Edmond de Rothschild Securities to manage an irrevocable, non-discretionary share buy-back programme until the date on which the Company's full year results are notified, which is expected to be by the middle of October 2014. During this period the Company and its directors have no power to invoke any changes to the programme and it is being done at the sole discretion of Edmond de Rothschild Securities.
