Purchase of Own Shares

Further to the confirmation of its intention to implement a share buyback programme, as set out in its announcement on 22 February 2022, the Company announces that it has purchased 19,000 of its ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 86.76 pence per share through Cenkos Securities plc. The Ordinary Shares purchased will be cancelled.

Total voting rights

Following the purchase and cancellation of these Ordinary Shares, the Company's total issued share capital will consist of 28,898,914 Ordinary Shares, each carrying one voting right. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
