Brulines (Holdings) PLC15 April 2008 Press Release 15 April 2008 Brulines (Holdings) plc ("Brulines" or "the Group") Pre-Close Update Brulines (Holdings) plc (AIM:BRU), the market leading provider of real timemonitoring systems and data management services for the UK leisure sector, ispleased to provide the following trading update in advance of its Final Resultswhich are due to be announced on 17 June 2008. Trading in the second half of the 2007 financial year has been robust and theGroup expects that its Final Results for the year ended 31 March 2008 will bemarginally ahead of market expectations. New installations, system replacements and upgrades progressed successfully,continuing the ongoing year-on-year growth in recurring revenue from supportservices. The Group continues to increase market penetration as well as broadenits customer base. The integration of Nucleus Data, purchased in January 2008, is delivering theexpected synergies and will be earnings enhancing in 2008/9. Brulines has made further progress with the commercial development of its beerquality and AWP monitoring products within the tenanted and managed sectors, andthe wider leisure market. The Group intends to maintain its progressive dividend policy for the finaldividend in respect of its results for the year ended 31 March 2007. In view of the increasing size and breadth of its activities, Brulines intendsto change the Group name to 'Brulines Group plc' at the Annual General Meeting,which will be held in July 2008.
