Exercise of Options
Vianet Group plc (AIM: VNET), the international provider of actionable data and business insight through devices connected to its Internet of Things ("IOT") platform, confirms that it has issued, conditional on admission, 2,000 new ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), pursuant to the exercise of share options. It is expected that admission of the Ordinary Shares will occur at 8:00 a.m. on 25 August 2021.
Following admission, the Company will have 28,955,414 Ordinary Shares in issue. This figure of 28,955,414 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
