The Company was notified on 13th August 2014 by James Dickson, Executive Chairman of Vianet Group plc, that his pension fund purchased 41,652 ordinary shares at 80.0p each and 500 ordinary shares at 79p each, on 12th August, taking his total voting interests to 4,432,686 ordinary shares representing 15.94% of the total share capital with voting rights of the Company.
