Director/PDMR Shareholding
Volex plc (AIM:VLX) announces that it was notified on Tuesday 18 August 2020 that Daren Morris, Chief Financial Officer, bought 47,302 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence in the Company at an average price of 160 pence per share on Monday 17 August. Following this purchase, Mr Morris holds 1,070,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.7% of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company.
This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of Article 19(3) of the EU Market Abuse Regulation No 596/2014.
