Director/PDMR Shareholding
Volex plc (AIM:VLX) announces that it was notified on 18 January 2021 that Sir Peter Westmacott, Non-Executive Director, purchased 5,900 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence in the Company at a price of 339.5 pence per share on 18 January.
Prior to this purchase, Mr Westmacott did not hold any Ordinary Shares in the Company; he now holds 5,900 ordinary shares, representing 0.04% of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company.
This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of Article 19(3) of the EU Market Abuse Regulation No 596/2014.
