Director/PDMR Shareholding
Volex plc (AIM:VLX) announces that it was notified on Monday 16 November 2020 that NR Holdings Ltd purchased 100,000 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence in the Company between Thursday 12 November and Monday 16 November, at an average price of 253 pence per share. Following this purchase, Nat Rothschild, Executive Chairman of the Company, a beneficiary of NR Holdings Ltd, will hold 38,065,595 ordinary shares, representing 25% of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company.
This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of Article 19(3) of the EU Market Abuse Regulation No 596/2014.
