Board Change The Board of Volex Group plc today announces that John Corcoran, Group ChiefExecutive, will leave the company on December 21st by mutual consent. John hasbeen with Volex for 5 years, and was appointed to the role of Chief Executive inJuly 2002. John Corcoran said: "Having seen the Group through very difficult times, the successful equityraising in June and the recent interim results provided an opportunity for me tomove to other challenges in my career and to handover to someone else for thenext phase of the Group's return to profitability and growth. I would like tosincerely thank all the employees for their support through the years and wishthem well in their drive to re-position Volex as a global leader in the cableassembly market."
