Statement Re: Press Speculation
Oxford Catalysts, the leading catalyst innovator for clean fuels, notes the recent press speculation and confirms that it is in advanced discussions with another party which may or may not lead to the Company announcing an acquisition and placing of ordinary shares.
Should the Company proceed with the acquisition, it would be classified as a reverse takeover and therefore in accordance with the AIM Rules has requested that trading in its ordinary shares be suspended pending a further update on the transaction and/or the publication of an admission document for the enlarged group.
