Grant of Options

Oxford Catalysts Group PLC announces the issuance of share options to Andrew Jamieson, Non-executive Director on 20 April 2012. Under the terms of his contract with the Company, for services provided for the 12 months ended 31 March 2012, he has been granted 10,204 options over ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 49 pence per share representing in total approximately 0.01% of the current issued Ordinary Shares. Following this grant, Andrew Jamieson holds 25,000 Ordinary Shares (representing approximately 0.03% of the current issued Ordinary Shares) and has options over 16,704 Ordinary Shares (representing approximately 0.02% of the current issued Ordinary Shares)
