Grant of Options
Venture Life (AIM: VLG), the international consumer self-care group focused on developing, manufacturing and commercialising products for the ageing population, announces that it has granted a total of 365,000 options over ordinary shares in the Company (the "Options"), to various employees including a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs"). The Options were granted on 2 May 2017 and vest in three equal tranches on the first, second and third anniversary following the date of grant. The Options are exercisable at a price of 59.5p per share.
