Venture Life (AIM: VLG), a leader in developing, manufacturing and commercialising products for the self-care market, announces that the Board has approved a further eight month extension of the timeline in which Mr Jeremy Randall may exercise the 483,333 share options granted to him on 5th November 2013 such that these options will now lapse on 31st December 2025.
The extension ensures the alignment with the Company's long-term strategic objectives and continuity of leadership during a period of active transformation and growth. As at the time of this announcement, Mr Randall owns 1.72% of the issued share capital of VLG and holds 2,483,333 options.
