2015 Annual Report & Accounts and Dividend Timetable

Bracknell, UK - 9 May 2016: Venture Life Group plc (AIM: VLG), the international consumer products group addressing the self-care needs of the ageing population, announces that the Company's Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2015 has been published and is available to download from the Company's website at www.venture-life.com. It is expected that hard copies of the Annual Report & Accounts will be posted to shareholders on or around Thursday 12 May 2016, together with a notice of the Company's 2016 Annual General Meeting which will be held on Wednesday 22 June 2016 at 11.00am at the offices of Simmons & Simmons LLP, CityPoint, One Ropemaker Street, London EC2Y 9SS.

The Company also announces that, subject to shareholder approval at its Annual General Meeting, its proposed final dividend of 0.04 pence per ordinary share related to the financial year ended 31 December 2015 is expected to be paid according to the timetable below:

Ex-dividend date: 26 May 2016

Record date: 27 May 2016

Dividend payment date: 24 June 2016
