Total Voting Rights
In conformity with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules we would like to notify the market of the following:
The Company's issued share capital consists of 4,812,278 ordinary shares with a nominal value of GBP0.0000001 each and each carrying one voting right ('Ordinary Shares'). The Company holds 1,388,088 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The Company also has in issue 455 A Shares of GBP0.49999995 each and 455 B Shares of GBP0.49999995 each, neither of which is admitted to trading on AIM.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 4,812,278.
The figure of 4,812,278 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
