Grant of Options
Cellcast plc (AIM:CLTV) announces that the Board has today granted 1,050,000 options over ordinary 1p shares in the Company to the following Directors of Cellcast (the "Director Options"):

\* The Director Options granted to Andrew Wilson and Emmanuelle Guicharnaud have been granted under the Company's EMI Scheme and the balance of the Director Options have been granted under the Company's Share Option Plan.
The Director Options have been issued at an exercise price of 4p. Half of the Director Options are exercisable after a period of one year from issue and the other half are exercisable after a period of two years from issue.
The Company has also reallocated a further 850,000 existing options over ordinary 1p shares to other key technical and commercial members of staff (the "Staff Options"). The Staff Options are a reallocation of options granted to members of staff in July 2008 and have an exercise price of 4p. Half of the Staff Options are exercisable after a period of one year from issue and the other half are exercisable after a period of two years from issue.
Both the Director Options and the Staff Options have an expiry date of 10 years from the date of issue.
