The Board of Cellcast Plc (AIM: CLTV) announces that the Company has today posted to shareholders a copy of the annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2017, along with a notice of the Group's annual general meeting, to be held at L'Escargot, 48 Greek Street, London W1D 4EF on 28 June 2018 at 12.00pm.
