VALUE AND INDEXED PROPERTY INCOME TRUST PLC
DECLARATION OF FIRST QUARTER DIVIDEND
The Board of Value and Indexed Property Income Trust PLC ("the Company") declares a first quarter dividend of 3.2p per Ordinary Share in respect of the year to 31 March 2024, payable on 27 October 2023 to Shareholders on the register at close of business on 29 September 2023. The ex-dividend date is 28 September 2023.
The Board will announce in due course the proposed further quarterly dividend payments for the year to 31 March 2024, which will be paid on or around 26 January 2024, 26 April 2024 and 26 July 2024.
