Grant of Staff Options
Vipera, the specialist provider of mobile financial software services, announces today that it has issued options to purchase a total of 300,000 New Ordinary Shares. This is pursuant to a Share Option Plan, for the benefit of a new employee of the Group. No directors are beneficiaries of this grant. These options are exercisable at a price of 6.875p per Ordinary Share, the closing price on Friday April 11 and are exercisable in 3 tranches as to 1/3rd from 31 December 2014, 1/3rd from 31 December 2015 and 1/3rd from 31 December 2015, in each case up and until 31 December 2017 subject to normal conditions as to the option holder being an eligible employee.
There is no change to the holdings of the directors.
Total Voting Rights
For the purposes of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue continues to be 190,632,837 with each Ordinary Share holding one voting right. There are no Ordinary Shares held in treasury.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
There are now 8,169,932 warrants and 8,320,000 options outstanding, representing 8.6% of the issued capital.
