VALUE AND INDEXED PROPERTY INCOME TRUST PLC
DECLARATION OF THIRD QUARTER DIVIDEND
The Board of Value and Indexed Property Income Trust PLC ("the Company") declares a third quarter dividend of 3.20p per Ordinary Share in respect of the year to 31 March 2023, payable on 28 April 2023, to those Shareholders on the register on 31 March 2023. The ex-dividend date is 30 March 2023.
The Board will announce in due course the proposed fourth and final quarter dividend payment for the year to 31 March 2023, which, subject to receiving Shareholders' approval at the 2023 AGM, will be paid on or around 28 July 2023.
