ENERGY ASSET MANAGEMENT PLC ("EAM" or "the Company")

Change of Accounting date

The Company announces that the accounting date of 31 December is to be changed to 31 March.

The revised accounting reporting timetable is set out below: 

unaudited interims for the period from 1 June 2008 to 31 December 2008 to be notified by 31 March 2009; 

audited accounts for the fifteen month financial period ended 31 March 2009 to be notified by 31 July 2009;

unaudited interims for the period from 1 April 2009 to 30 September 2009 to be notified by 30 November 2009.
