DECLARATION OF THIRD QUARTERLY DIVIDEND

As announced on 1 November 2016, in the Company's Unaudited Half-Yearly Financial Report for the six months to 30 September 2016, the third quarterly dividend will be paid on 28 April 2017 to those shareholders on the register on 31 March 2017. The ex-dividend date will be 30 March 2017.

The Board now declares that the above third quarterly dividend will be 2.6p per share.
