Notification of Transactions by Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs)
Videndum plc (the "Company") announces purchases of shares in the Company by Andrea Rigamonti, Group Chief Financial Officer, Marco Pezzana, Group Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer of Videndum Media Solutions and Teté Soto, independent Non-Executive Director as set out below. In addition, Marco Vidali, Chief Executive Officer of Videndum Creative Solutions and a PDMR, has exercised a Restricted Share Award as set out below.

Following the above transaction, Teté Soto's holding is now 1,691 ordinary shares in the Company.
Marco Vidali on 1 March 2023 exercised a Restricted Share Plan award given to him on 29 June 2021 as follows:-
