Total Voting Rights and Share Capital
For the purposes of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure andΒ Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinary shares of 5p of Velti in issueΒ as at the date of this notice isΒ 34,835,261Β with each share carrying the rightΒ to one vote. There are no shares held in treasury.
The total number of voting rights in the Company is thereforeΒ 34,835,261. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for theΒ calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify theirΒ interest in, or a change to their interest in, Velti under the Disclosure andΒ Transparency Rules.
