Results of AGM

Velocity Composites plc ("Velocity" or the "Company"), a provider of highly engineered kits for the aerospace industry, announces that all resolutions put to shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held today have been passed. As announced earlier today, the Chairperson of the AGM withdrew resolutions 3,7,8 and 9.
