PDMR shareholdings
Velocity Composites plc (AIM: VEL), the leading supplier of composite material kits to aerospace, has been notified that, on 12 July 2024, Jon Bridges, Chief Executive Officer, transferred 1,500,000 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") to his wife. Following this transfer, there is no change in the beneficial interest of shares in the Company of Jon Bridges.
In addition to this, the Company has been notified that, on 15 July 2024, Rob Smith, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 10,000 Ordinary Shares at 43 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Rob Smith holds a beneficial interest in 20,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.04 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
