Director/PDMR Shareholding
Velocity Composites plc, the leading supplier of advanced composite material kits, providing engineering value-solutions for the global aerospace industry, has been informed that Andy Beaden, non-executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") on 15 October 2019 at an average price of 18.49 pence per Ordinary Share.
Mr. Beaden had no previous shareholding in the Company. Consequently, he now has a beneficial interest in 50,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.14% of the issued share capital of the Company.
