The Company has received notification that Dominic Scriven, a director of the Company, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 2 November 2022 at an average price of £5.61 per share (for an aggregate price of £280,500).
Following this purchase, Dominic Scriven holds 86,423 ordinary shares in the Company.
