On 17 April 2018, pursuant to a financing arrangement with J.P. Morgan, London ('J.P. Morgan') entered into on 15 March 2017, and following a payment of interest on 10 April 2018 by Volcan, which reduced the outstanding balance of the financing arrangement, J.P. Morgan automatically released a security previously granted over 7,400,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the company (representing 2.71 per cent of the ordinary shares in the capital of the company, excluding shares held in treasury (including those shares held by Gorey Investments Limited) and shares held through global depository receipt (which, as a result, carry no voting rights)) ('the shares').
