For the purposes of DTR5.6.1R of the Transparency Directive, the Company notifies the market of the following:
As at 30 April 2018, the Company's capital consists of 86,069,656 ordinary 1p shares with each share carrying one vote. None of these shares are held in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Victrex plc as at 30 April 2018 is 86,069,656.
