a) Awards made under the Victrex 2009 Long Term Incentive Plan over the number of ordinary shares set out at 9 below. The awards, which were granted for nil consideration, take the form of options to acquire ordinary shares for nil consideration, conditional upon the satisfaction of certain targets over a three year performance period.

b) Disposal of 50,000 shares by the Hummingbird Foundation Inc.

c) Disposal of 10,000 shares by Mr Michael Peacock
