Board Change

The Board of Victrex plc ("Victrex" or "Company") today announces that Steve Barrow, ACA, is appointed Group Finance Director and joins the Board to succeed Peter Bream, who is stepping down in order to pursue other business opportunities.

Steve has worked for Victrex for 17 years, and is currently Finance Director of Victrex Polymer Solutions. Previously he served as Deputy Group Finance Director. Steve qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG and has a degree in Accounting and Computer Science from the University of Manchester.

Anita Frew, Chairman of Victrex, said:
