Share Purchases by Chief Executive
Victoria PLC, (LSE: VCP) the international designers, manufacturers and distributors of innovative flooring announces that on 16 August 2022, Philippe Hamers, Chief Executive, purchased a total of 6,450 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 394 pence per share, for a total consideration of £25,413.
Following these purchases, Mr Hamers is beneficially interested in 228,231 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.20 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
